Features: everything a drop needs, built into one vault

07 modules · 01 Drop ID

Every module writes to the same drop record, so the waitlist, the widgets, the emails and the analytics all point at one Drop ID.

01 — what it does

Built for the few minutes when a release either sells out or falls flat.

Most apps cover one piece of a drop. Vaultd holds the whole release in one place.

Schedule it, build the queue, raise the hype, talk to the waitlist, watch it sell and keep the record. Five accent colors match the dashboard to your brand, from black to gold.

[VLT>FEATURES]

Each module is a layer of the same drop record. Scroll through them in the order a drop uses them.

Drop scheduling

  1. (01)Products and variants
  2. (02)Start time and unit cap
  3. (03)Auto-launch on Scale

Lock the release before it opens.

Create a drop, name it, pick the products and variants, set the start time and the maximum units. Lock the configuration as READY, then launch it yourself or let Vaultd switch it live at the exact minute.

01

Referral waitlists

  1. (01)Live queue position
  2. (02)Referral points on Pro
  3. (03)Waitlist size cap

The queue builds itself.

Customers join from your product page and see where they stand. Each confirmed referral moves them up the line. Cap the list, open access by link, and manage every entry from the admin.

02

Hype widgets

  1. (01)Countdown
  2. (02)Teaser and social proof
  3. (03)Theme editor blocks

Anticipation, installed from the theme editor.

Countdown, teaser and social proof blocks such as “2,847 people waiting”, each bound to a Drop ID and available in several designs. No code: add them in the Shopify theme editor and paste the ID.

03

Automated emails

  1. (01)Position and access emails
  2. (02)Missed it recovery
  3. (03)Early access on Elite

The right message, timed to the second.

Drop-specific sequences personalised with the waitlist position and access window: “You’re #47 on the waitlist”, “Your access link is live”, “You missed it, join the next drop”. Elite adds early access password emails and removes the Vaultd branding.

04

Live drop page

  1. (01)Conversion and velocity
  2. (02)Stock and buyer feed
  3. (03)Traffic sources

Watch the drop while it runs.

The moment a drop goes live, Speed mode shows the conversion rate, items sold per second, stock left, a fast-scrolling “who is buying” feed, and where visitors come from, so you see which link or creator actually moves units.

05

Drop history

  1. (01)Revenue and deal rate
  2. (02)5-second sales heatmap
  3. (03)PDF and CSV export

Every drop, on record.

When it ends, the page switches to Analysis mode and saves to history: total revenue, top sellers, average cart, interest and deal rates, the most-demanded ranking and a sales heatmap, each compared with your previous drop.

06

Bot protection

  1. (01)Human verification
  2. (02)Honeypot and rate limits
  3. (03)Cloudflare Turnstile on Elite

Stock goes to people, not scripts.

Every waitlist signup passes a honeypot, timing checks and rate limits. On Elite, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that a real person is behind each entry, so the queue belongs to customers instead of resale bots.

If your next release has to sell out, run it on Vaultd. Install the app, create a drop, and watch it move on the numbers instead of guesswork.
